Responsibilities

Maintaining and improving critical energy accounting and billing systems

Designing, developing, and maintaining software applications for energy billing, settlements, and reporting

Collaborating with energy accounting teams, system operations, and other technical and non-technical staff to define business requirements

Translating business requirements into technical specifications

Delivering accurate, timely solutions

Conducting data-driven analyses, including forecasting and modeling

Troubleshooting issues

Providing tier 2 and tier 3 support

Identifying opportunities to enhance automation, efficiency, and system intelligence

Providing technical support and training

Maintaining documentation and process libraries

Mentoring junior analysts

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university
