They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent across Alabama and Southern Tennessee while promoting their brand at recruitment events.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company, including sales, operations, and support staff

Travel extensively within the designated regions to attend job fairs, college career fairs, industry events, and other recruitment activities

Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the company culture

Build and maintain relationships with local employment agencies, colleges, universities, and professional organizations to create a strong pipeline of potential candidates

Promote Five Star Breaktime Solutions as an employer of choice through effective communication and representation at recruitment events

Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and hiring outcomes. Provide regular reports to the HR Manager on recruitment metrics and progress

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection

Required

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and interviewing techniques

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to travel extensively (up to 50% of the time) within Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, and Louisiana

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry
