Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for case management, including scheduling, document preparation, and client communication
Coordinate logistics for socialization events, such as managing RSVPs, materials, and venue arrangements
Prepare and submit assistance applications; maintain accurate data entry and documentation in systems like Salesforce
Keep client files organized and updated with all interactions and service changes in line with program protocols
Attend team meetings, take notes, and assist with follow-up tasks and documentation
Develop and share program materials and presentations with partner agencies to support outreach and collaboration
Monitor client caseloads, generate reports, and ensure compliance with program and agency guidelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
1+ years of intake/document validation experience coming from Non-Profit, Legal, or related field
Must be fluent in Russian
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic recordkeeping, and relevant software is required
