We are seeking a Senior React Architect to lead the frontend architecture for our product suite
This role will drive the design and implementation of a scalable micro frontend architecture across a complex, multi-application ecosystem, collaborating with 6 9 agile teams
The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in React and micro frontends, along with a strong understanding of financial products
Architect and implement a modular micro frontend framework using React, Webpack Module Federation, and modern tooling to support product lifecycle workflows (e.g., structuring, compliance, reporting)
Define and enforce standards for performance, accessibility, security, and regulatory compliance across all frontend applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, financial analysts, and backend engineers to align architecture with business and regulatory needs
Lead technical governance across 6 9 teams, ensuring consistent implementation of shared libraries, design systems, and deployment pipelines
Mentor engineers and promote best practices in frontend development, testing, and CI/CD
Drive integration with backend services and data platforms, including APIs for loan data, waterfall models, and investor reporting
Ensure auditability and traceability of UI components and workflows in line with banking compliance standards

10 - 15 years of experience

8+ years of experience in frontend development, with deep expertise in React.js and micro frontend architecture
Proven experience leading architecture across multiple agile teams in a regulated industry
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Webpack, Module Federation, and monorepo tooling (e.g., Nx, Turborepo)
Experience with financial products and familiarity with banking compliance, audit requirements, and data governance
Preferred
Experience with design systems and component libraries (e.g., Storybook, Material UI)
Knowledge of GraphQL, BFF patterns, and data visualization for financial dashboards
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices
Understanding of CLO structuring, cash flow modeling, and investor reporting workflows
