Qualification
Required
Strong Phone Etiquette skills and the ability to communicate professionally and effectively
Proven experience in Customer Retention and building long-term customer relationships
Excellence in providing Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Outstanding Communication skills, both verbal and written
Leadership skills to manage and inspire a team effectively
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Previous experience in the automotive industry or sales is a plus
Higher education in business, marketing, or related fields preferred
