Phased n Research, LLC is seeking a Test & Evaluation (T&E) Engineer/Analyst to provide comprehensive support to the SHIELD T&E Directorate. This role involves planning, executing, and reporting on system-level test events to validate performance and verify requirements while managing technical tasks across cost and schedule constraints.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of assigned developmental and operational test events in accordance with approved test plans, directives, and program objectives

Develop test documentation required by test centers and test agencies, including Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC), White Sands Missile Range, Aberdeen Test Center, Yuma Test Center, and other DoD test organizations

Track documentation submissions, approvals, and required updates to ensure test readiness and compliance

Organize and direct all phases of testing for highly technical and complex systems in alignment with program priorities

Analyze test data to accurately assess system performance, test metrics, and achievement of required outcomes

Prepare detailed technical reports, data summaries, and findings for program stakeholders

Interface routinely with task leads, functional leadership, and government counterparts to ensure test activities are synchronized with program cost, schedule, and risk constraints

Support development and presentation of test status briefings, technical updates, and schedule reports to senior program office leadership

Participate in integrated product teams (IPTs), working groups, and technical interchange meetings to represent T&E perspectives
