Responsibilities
Draft and track RFIs; coordinate responses with field and design teams
Prepare and submit submittal packages based on project specs
Maintain and update project schedules in Microsoft Project
Review 3-week lookaheads and help manage coordination logs
Organize drawings and specifications in Procore
Conduct revision reviews between plan sets
Review BIM/Revit models and flag coordination issues (no modeling required, this is done by other team members)
Help prepare change orders, including quantity breakdowns and impact summaries
Track material orders and confirm deliveries
Join weekly virtual check-ins with PM and Superintendent
Help prepare closeout documentation and manage punch list tracking
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required)
2–4 years of construction project coordination or engineering experience
Strong working knowledge of Revit and BIM-based model coordination
Familiar with Procore and Microsoft Project
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized
Able to work remotely and independently during Pacific Time hours (7 AM–4 PM PST)
