Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven Google Ads campaigns
Manage budgets, test creatives, and continuously optimize for ROAS and scalability
Analyze campaign data to extract insights and present actionable recommendations
Collaborate with creative, data, and brand teams to align ad strategy with broader brand goals
Stay ahead of trends and platform updates to keep clients competitive

Qualification

Google AdsData analysisFunnel optimizationE-commerce experienceGoogle AnalyticsTag ManagerCreative messagingAccount management

Required

2+ years of experience managing Google Ads (E-commerce experience a plus)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data
Deep understanding of targeting, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization
Experience running campaigns focused on profitability and growth, not just volume
Creative eye for ad messaging, hooks, and video performance patterns
Comfortable managing multiple accounts and scaling ad spend efficiently

Preferred

Experience integrating ad performance with CRO or creative strategy
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data visualization tools
