They are seeking a Practice Manager to lead a team, oversee facility operations, and ensure high-quality medical care in their Richmond hospital.

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 14+ dedicated professionals
Collaborate with our Learning & Development team to ensure exceptional training and client service
Partner closely with the Medical Director to support high-quality medical care and manage veterinarian scheduling
Oversee facility operations, including purchasing and property management
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive financial performance
Qualification
Required
Must have at least 3 years of veterinary management experience
Strong Leadership: You inspire, coach, and elevate your team while fostering a positive, growth-oriented culture
Sound Decision-Making: You navigate challenges with confidence and find solutions with clarity and purpose
Adaptability & Resilience: You remain steady under pressure and view obstacles as opportunities to improve
Preferred
Experience as an LVT or CVPM is a plus but not required
Additional credentials such as SHRM-CP, BS, MBA, or other advanced degrees are also valued
