Responsibilities

Infrastructure Setup & Maintenance

Configure & maintain Private 5G LAN and Wi-Fi networks in lab environments

Install & update software on our connected devices for testing

Testing

Create test strategies and test cases for functionality and performance of devices connected by 5G/Wi-Fi/802.15.4

Execute test cases and record all findings in the defect management system

Troubleshooting

Travel to customer sites where needed

Characterize problems found with products or with environments

Collect logs and further details to enable solutions to problems found

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or Telecommunications

5+ years experience in network infrastructure setup and testing of connected products

2+ years experience in private 5G

5+ years experience in Wi-Fi

Excellent communication and problem reporting skills to interact with external and with internal teams

Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments

Experience installing and configuring software across multiple platforms

Experience with troubleshooting and problem characterization

Preferred

Experience in testing devices communicating with 802.15.4 or Zigbee
