Servicing a Commercial P&C Renewal book of business for our existing clients
Working within our Agency Management System, EPIC and INDIO to create marketing submissions, proposals, Binders, and Certificate of Insurance to name a few
Working with clients to answer policy questions, update account changes, assist with premium collections, fielding phone calls, and more
Qualification
Required
At least 3-5 years of commercial insurance account manager experience
Active CA Property & Casualty license
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic
Close attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work with a team or independently
Excellent computer skills
Preferred
Some college-level coursework, especially in business or math
Experience using the EPIC system
