Senior Regional Group Account Director – LATAM
Omnicom Media Group is seeking a Senior Regional Group Account Director to lead regional strategy and client relationships across Latin America. This role involves driving integrated media and communication solutions while ensuring strategic excellence and operational rigor across multiple markets.

Responsibilities
Lead the 360° strategic vision for assigned regional accounts, ensuring consistency, innovation, and measurable results across all LATAM markets
Act as the primary senior relationship lead for key regional and global stakeholders, including Regional/Global COEs, Managing Directors, and Brand Leadership
Ensure delivery against client business and marketing objectives, actively participating in regional planning sessions and QBRs
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor with a deep understanding of client industries, challenges, and growth opportunities
Identify and drive organic growth opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling of agency and OMG capabilities
Lead and deliver clear, compelling, and inspiring regional presentations that connect strategy to execution
Represent the agency as a senior thought leader and strategic reference for the client
Provide day-to-day oversight of client team performance, deliverables, and service excellence
Lead, inspire, and develop regional and local teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance
Align local markets with regional vision, quality standards, and client objectives
Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development support to team members
Champion performance marketing excellence across all channels: traditional, digital, commerce, and emerging media
Ensure strategic planning and buying excellence across TV, OOH, print, digital, e-commerce, and connected platforms
Drive data-driven decision-making through analytics, ROI measurement, and performance optimization
Stay current on industry trends, new platforms, media opportunities, data, and technology innovations
Act as a thought leader internally and externally, educating teams and clients on new solutions and approaches
Oversee regional budgets, forecasts, client P&Ls, and profitability
Ensure correct execution of Scope of Work across all markets
Monitor and measure media investment, spend levels, and buying efficiencies across the region
Lead strategic negotiation processes to secure competitive rates and value for clients
Support new business initiatives and organic growth opportunities to expand OMG’s scope of services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields
Senior-level experience (Director or above) in media, advertising, marketing, or brand strategy
Proven experience leading complex regional or multinational accounts
Strong background in branding, customer experience, and performance-driven campaigns
Experience managing multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
Advanced analytical, numerical, and presentation skills
Proficiency in media research and planning tools (e.g., Nielsen, Prisma, Clear Decisions, or market-specific tools)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
Preferred
Strong industry knowledge and proven experience in the tourism and travel sector, with specific exposure to cruise lines or cruise-related businesses
