The FI Team is a co-living management company focused on making high-quality housing more affordable. They are seeking a B2B Tenant Acquisition Specialist to develop relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote their rental offerings and acquire qualified tenants.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with:
Local businesses
Non-profit organizations
Government agencies
Community organizations
Leasing agents and real estate professionals
Actively promote our rooms-for-rent offerings and clearly communicate:
Who our housing is best suited for
How referral partners can send tenants to us
Develop and manage referral partnerships, including negotiating informal or formal referral agreements
Own all off-line tenant acquisition efforts, including:
In-person outreach
Community visits
Networking events
Local relationship follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of referred tenants
Track referral sources, partnerships, and overall performance
Qualification
Required
Strong local network in the target market
Proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships
Comfortable with in-person outreach and initiating conversations
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Organized and able to manage multiple partnerships at once
Professional, reliable, and confident representing the brand
Preferred
Experience in sales, business development, leasing, real estate, community outreach, or nonprofit work
