Market Research
Responsibilities
Drive value for the client by analyzing data, trends and providing meaningful insights
Become subject-matter-expert in assigned areas or contracted solutions
Interact and collaborate day-to-day with internal and client teams
Facilitate issue resolution for deliverables in area(s) of responsibility
Train client as needed on Circana platform & tools
Identify process improvement opportunities and best practice sharing
Utilize creativity and client knowledge in identifying new techniques and processes
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of analytical experience – Retail knowledge/experience preferred. Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) knowledge a plus
Proficiency in working with syndicated data solutions (loyalty, point-of-sale/POS, consumer panel data, etc.) such as Circana preferred
High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines
High level of initiative and collaboration required
Solid project management, time management, critical thinking and process skills
Capability to engage with clients in a consultative manner while solving and managing content deliverables
Ability to translate data and analysis into meaningful insights and presentations
Intermediate experience with basic business applications Excel, PowerPoint
