They are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure appropriate staffing of nursing units, manage staffing data, and coordinate schedules while maintaining a supportive environment for nurses.

Responsibilities

Creates, maintains and updates daily staffing sheets, as well as updating the 'working' master schedules on a daily basis. Coordinates with bed control to ensure required assignments are staffed

Maintains and updates employee contact information for designated areas. Maintains staff qualifications list

Maintains attendance records, on-call and float lists. Processes leave requests. Inputs data into payroll system

Performs other job-related duties as assigned
