Responsibilities
Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment
Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices
Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed
Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements
Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area
Qualification
Required
8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors Degree; 6 years with a Masters
Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need
Experience working within a cross functional integrated product team (IPT)
At least 1 year of experience with Cost Account Manager (CAM) or managing EV for an engineering team
Preferred
US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification
Previous ICBM ground systems experience
Experience managing both high dollar and PERT material accounts
Experience managing and coordinating with suppliers and coordinating supplier statements of work (SSOW)
Active SAP access
Experience working within an agile environment utilizing Atlassian tool suites to track progress and performance for EVMS
Familiarity with Sentinel test process and procedures
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management
