Sales Consultant - $31.25 - $40.85 per hour
7Seventy Recruiting is focused on driving new business growth through consultative B2B sales. The Sales Consultant will manage the full sales cycle remotely, working with prospective clients to identify their needs and present tailored workforce solutions.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales plan aligned with assigned industries and territories
Prospect new clients and maintain relationships through remote outbound activities
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to implementation
Identify client needs and present appropriate solutions to key decision-makers
Create proposals and presentation materials for stakeholders
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM and sales tools
Manage multiple complex opportunities within a typical 30–60 day sales cycle
Collaborate with internal teams to support customer onboarding and success
Meet defined activity metrics and revenue targets
Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks on time
Participate in professional development, training, and occasional travel as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in complex B2B sales cycles
Proven ability to build and grow a book of business through outbound prospecting
Experience selling into blue- and grey-collar industries
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously
Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment
Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred
PEO, P&C, or broker sales experience
