Pitching story ideas
Reporting and writing stories for Inc.com and Fastcompany.com
Working with print editors on annual franchise packages for Fast Company
Research and fact-checking
Assisting editorial staff during live journalism events
Working with the video and social media teams to produce content
Performing various editorial administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Drive to cover business topics
Ability to meet deadlines
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfort asking questions and taking initiative
Excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail
Experience reporting, writing and fact-checking for college newspapers or previous internships
