Responsibilities
You will execute and maintain project management processes in the areas of project schedule, quality, communications, risk/issue, escalation and change management
You will develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with the input from clients and project team
You will provide project support under the guidance of the lead PM in support of projects underway
You will act as a primary customer interface by facilitating team meetings to include providing meeting minutes and action items
You will document and follow- up on important actions and decisions from meetings
You will assist in cultivating strong relationships with clients and key vendors to assure project progression
You will provide administrative support as needed
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
You have an associate degree in an industry related field or combination of education and experience
You have 2+ years of experience in delivering OSP Telecommunications services or utility related industry
You have strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to meet changing deadlines and priorities are key in this position
You have the ability to demonstrate professional written and verbal communications skills as this position will interact with individuals both internally and externally
You are proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Smartsheet's
You can work well within a team environment interacting with both internal and external project stakeholders
You can work in a fast paced environment using critical thinking skills to resolve problems
