They are seeking a skilled and motivated R&D Project Manager to join their global R&D organization, responsible for the development of medium and low voltage power distribution products and systems.

Responsibilities
Support R&D design leaders in defining, planning, and managing R&D projects through all development phases
Oversee and track project scope, timeline, milestones, and budget to ensure successful delivery
Manage multiple concurrent projects across various product groups in the medium and low voltage domain
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication among stakeholders
Identify risks and dependencies early; escalate issues appropriately and drive resolution
Facilitate meetings, reporting, and project reviews to ensure alignment with global R&D objectives
Promote a team-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset that fosters innovation and accountability
Handle complex organizational structures with confidence and clarity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, or other technical field
7+ years of project management experience in an R&D, product development, or engineering environment
4+ years of experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile, SAP)
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred
Basic understanding of medium and/or low voltage power distribution systems
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work in a matrixed, global environment and navigate complex structures
Entrepreneurial spirit with a collaborative and proactive approach
