Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers in assigned market(s) and/or geographical area(s)
Collaborate with company leadership, R&D, engineering, and operations teams to meet customer needs and company financial objectives
Proactively create, cultivate, and enhance relationships with new and existing customers and key contacts to help identify new business opportunities
Generate sales of lasers, laser systems, laser diode arrays, and related laser equipment
Represent the company at worldwide trade shows and conferences
Up to 25% travel is required. International travel required

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Physics, or a related field
5+ years' experience in technical sales and account management
