Responsibilities

Work closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that attract, develop, engage and retain talent while driving organizational effectiveness

Required

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening
Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in progressive HR, preferably in a global matrix organization
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices
Experience in performance management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development
Excellent consulting, coaching and collaboration skills to work effectively with leaders at all levels
Strong analytical and data-driven decision making capabilities
Project management skills and ability to coordinate complex HR initiatives
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
Business acumen and strategic mindset
Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
Fluent English required; additional language skills valued
Problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex situations
Experience building professional relationships across all organizational levels
Ability to travel as needed to support multiple locations

Preferred

Preferred Fields of Study: Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Professional HR certifications (e.g. SHRM, CIPD) advantageous
Experience in manufacturing/scientific industry preferred
