Sales Counselor - Watermere at Highlands
Integrated Real Estate Group is a family-owned company with 20 years of expertise in property development and senior housing. They are seeking an energetic and reliable Sales Counselor to manage inquiries and sales processes at Watermere at Highlands, an independent living community.

Responsibilities
Receiving and making telephone calls, answering inquiries, providing information, and scheduling appointments with prospective residents/families
Completing and recording all traffic/guest card information on all prospects, sending thank you notes, and performing follow-up in a prompt and consistent manner
Touring the community and model residences
Responsible for resident lease file set-up for the Executive Director’s approval
Maintaining awareness of local market conditions and trends, and completing and reviewing market survey information
Qualification
Required
Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and outside contacts
Minimum of a high school graduate, with an aptitude for management, basic office administration and mathematics
Senior living sales experience is required
At least two years of a successful sales track record
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required
Weekend days required
Preferred
Experience in memory care
Experience with a leads management system (TAA and Onesite software experience preferred)
