Director/ExecutiveThe Alliance for American Leadership is a bipartisan political action committee dedicated to revitalizing U.S. global leadership through strategic investments in international development. As a Board member, you will provide strategic direction and be responsible for fundraising efforts to support the organization's mission.
Government Relations
Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction by offering expertise in policy, communications, government affairs, fundraising, and organizational management
Vote on critical decisions for the organization
Raise $1,000 or more a quarter for the organization
Volunteer and potentially take on a leadership role within the organization
Qualification

Willingness to fundraise and meet a quarterly commitment of raising $1,000 or more
Ability to provide strategic direction and insights in relevant areas

Board Members have had the opportunity to attend the World Bank Annual Meetings and two Board Members even started a business together.
Policy: Our Board will vote on critical policy and organizational decisions.
Events: Board Members will be invited to events with Ambassadors, Members of Congress, and other leaders in DC and across the country. Our next event is in DC on November 12 and will feature a former ambassador.
