This field-based role ensures safe, compliant, and well-supported School Crossing Guard programs while serving as a trusted leader in the community.
Public Safety
Responsibilities
Field-based leadership role reporting to an assigned manager
Coordinate schedules and daily operations for assigned Area and Lead Supervisors
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Conduct field observations and ensure timely, accurate Site Performance Evaluations
Hire, train, and support the professional development of Area Supervisors
Serve as a liaison with school and/or city officials when requested
Maintain inventory control and storage of field equipment and supplies
Attend all required staff meetings
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of managing an assigned area
Reliable transportation with active automobile insurance
Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 20 lbs
Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance to the Grand Prairie/Irving area
Must successfully complete fingerprinting and/or drug/alcohol screening and maintain a record free of serious offenses
2–3 years or more of supervisory experience
