Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator

Marshall University is a public comprehensive university located in Huntington, West Virginia. The Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator will develop and execute strategic initiatives to support student recruitment and marketing efforts for the School of Pharmacy, overseeing recruitment activities and creating marketing materials across various platforms.

Higher Education

Responsibilities

Oversight of student recruitment, including executing school visits, coordinating recruitment events, management of CRM software, and providing guided informational tours for prospective students
Utilize systems such as Banner, MUBert, PharmCAS, Word, Excel, Salesforce and other relevant technologies
Travel, including some overnight travel, is an essential part of the recruitment efforts of this position
Assist in the creation and production of marketing and communication materials across digital, social media, email, print, and other platforms
Maintain and develop SOP marketing content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and media releases
Manage communication efforts and ensure dissemination of accurate and pertinent information
Maintain an active presence on social media platforms, including graphic design and content development
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs

Required

Bachelor's Degree
1 year of related experience

Preferred

Master's Degree
3+ years college/professional school recruiting, advising, and admissions experience
