Develop and conduct training to Transactions team members

Assess, review, evaluate, and develop policies, procedures, and processes related to the HR Transactions Temporary Leave Unit

Develop departmental memorandums to communicate policy changes from control agencies

Conduct various Transactions Temporary Leave audits

Ability to develop strong working relationships

Experience in consultative and training of DIR HR team members, employees, managers, and supervisors

Experience performing technical personnel and payroll transactions functions related to temporary leaves

Ability to develop and conduct training to Transactions team members

Experience assessing, reviewing, evaluating, and developing policies, procedures, and processes related to HR Transactions Temporary Leave Unit

Ability to develop departmental memorandums to communicate policy changes from control agencies

Experience conducting various Transactions Temporary Leave audits

Reachable on an employment list, have transfer eligibility or have reinstatement eligibility

Submission of a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) as per the special requirements section
