The Production Coordinator will perform administrative duties to convert engineering data into shop fabrication data and communicate production needs to the manufacturing line.

Responsibilities

Performs all clerical tasks associated with releasing a job into the shop

Creates applicable cut lists, bunking lists, fabrication drawings and electronic files necessary to operate the shop floor and the computerized manufacturing equipment

Creates job folders, Generates the shop drawings by work center

Batches jobs and creates cutting reports

Simultaneously creates the automated saw files and projection fabrication files

Releases job to production team, Updates scheduling status

Edits work order in On-Line Software for shop labor totals
