Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with services provided

Translate client needs into actionable plans and strategies

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly in financial services, fintech, venture capital, or B2B tech

Lead strategic and informative meetings with clients and internal teams

Secure earned media placements and understand the business and technology media landscapes

Work collaboratively in cross-functional environments to achieve results

Required

10-15 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or journalism, with demonstrated success managing client relationships

Experience working at or with clients in financial services, fintech, venture capital, or B2B tech

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead purposeful, strategic, and informative meetings

A natural sense of urgency and belief that every minute counts, enabling you to focus on the things that matter with exceptional organization, time management, and ability to consistently meet deadlines

Comfort interfacing with executives and managing relationships at the C-suite and VP level

Understanding of business and technology media landscapes and the ability to secure earned media placements

A collaborative, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in cross-functional environments
