Board Certified Behavior Analyst - (Clinical Behavioral Specialist II) - Wheat Ridge Regional Center
The Colorado Department of Revenue is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join the Wheat Ridge Regional Center, which provides services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role involves assessment, behavior plan development, supervision of behavior services, data analysis, and clinical consultation to ensure effective treatment and support for individuals with complex needs.

Qualification
Required
Eight (8) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position
A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position is equal to eight (8) years
Required-BCBA certified, actively enrolled in a (BACB) verified course sequence Program, or ability to sit and pass the exam within 1 year of hire. Inability to do so may result in termination
Preferred
Master's degree from an accredited institution in counseling, psychology, social work, or behavior analysis
Nationally certified as a 'Board Certified Behavior Analyst' (BCBA) or certified by a similar nationally recognized organization or licensed by the State Board of Examiners
Two (2) years of directly supervised experience developing and implementing behavioral support plans utilizing established approaches, including Behavioral Analysis or Positive Behavioral Supports, that are consistent with best practice and research on effectiveness for individuals with developmental disabilities
