Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Finance & Operations Associate in New York, NY. This hybrid role oversees core accounting operations, month-end close, budgeting support, KPI tracking, investor reporting, AP/AR, and contract workflows.

Responsibilities

Support leadership with financial insights while building, tracking, and improving key performance metrics
Assist with budgeting cycles and deliver monthly variance analysis to inform financial planning
Lead bookkeeping and the month-end close process while managing AP/AR, collections, and vendor payments
Prepare investor financial reports and support Legal with tax registrations, business filings, payroll, and insurance needs
Oversee contract workflows in ContractWorks, manage renewals and order forms, and provide guidance to junior staff

Qualification

QuickBooks OnlineCrypto experienceAccounting operationsExcelGoogle SheetsSaaS financial workflowsHighly organizedCommunicationDetail-oriented

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
3-7 years in the crypto, venture capital, or startup ecosystem with solid experience across finance and accounting operations
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks Online
Highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills
Ability to work independently
Capability to supervise junior staff when needed

Preferred

CPA preferred
Experience in SaaS financial workflows and tools such as Stripe, HubSpot, Concur, or ADP preferred
Understanding of crypto or blockchain concepts, SaaS revenue models, and tax fundamentals for early-stage or high-growth environments
