Integra Capital is seeking a BIM Project Engineer - Coordination to oversee the development and integration of Building Information Models for construction projects. This role is crucial for ensuring effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, managing digital construction data, and enhancing project efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and update BIM models to support project design, construction, and operational needs

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and consistency

Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues using BIM software

Facilitate regular coordination meetings with project teams to review model progress, identify issues, and develop solutions

Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders

Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM processes and tools

Perform quality control checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with project standards and requirements

Implement and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices

Conduct model audits and provide feedback to project teams for continuous improvement

Prepare and maintain documentation related to BIM models, including model progress reports, clash detection reports, and coordination meeting minutes

Generate 2D drawings and other deliverables from BIM models as required

Maintain an organized digital filing system for project models and related documentation

Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and software developments

Evaluate and recommend new BIM tools and workflows to enhance project efficiency and quality

Implement and manage BIM execution plans (BEP) for projects
