AEVEX is looking for a detail-oriented Facilities Helper to be responsible for all basic cleaning of multiple company sites. The role involves maintaining cleanliness in office spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and production areas, as well as providing general facility maintenance and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all basic cleaning of multiple company sites to include office spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, production spaces, and outside

Office spaces include vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash cans, replacing liners, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows

Kitchen spaces include dust mopping, sweeping, damp mopping, dusting, emptying trash cans, replacing liners, picking up larger objects off the floor, sanitizing counters and tables, and spot cleaning chairs and microwaves. Restocking fridges, cabinets, coffee stations, and snack bars

Bathroom spaces include dust mopping, sweeping, damp mopping, dusting, emptying trash cans, replacing liners, picking up larger objects off the floor, sanitizing counters, restocking dispensers, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls and cleaning toilets and urinals

Production spaces include emptying trash cans, replacing liners, picking up larger objects off the floor

Outside spaces include emptying trash cans, replacing liners, picking up larger objects off the floor

Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies

Provide day-to-day general facility maintenance

Perform regular inspections of facility to maintain a safe working environment

Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe working environment

Regular and reliable attendance on a full time basis [or in accordance with posted schedule]

Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practices
