Better Living Inc is a family-owned business that has been operating since 1893, focusing on cabinetry solutions. The Cabinet Design & Sales Representative will work with clients to design and sell cabinetry for residential projects, guiding them from concept to installation.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to understand their vision, space requirements, and budget

Prepare detailed designs, material specifications, and cost estimates

Create layout plans using customer sketches, blueprints, or site measurements

Coordinate specialty product orders, including purchasing, scheduling, and delivery

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment

Conduct in-home site visits to measure, consult, and provide follow-up

Provide outstanding customer service from first contact through final installation

Proactively identify opportunities for add-on sales and project upgrades

Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of construction or remodeling terminology is a plus

Previous design or cabinetry experience is helpful, but not required—we will train the right person!
