Institutional Sales Associate

Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between Sales and Operations/Contracting teams (Annuity & Life)
Answer and assist with operational questions related to new business and inforce processing
Support The Standard new business and inforce processing workflows
Assist with book-of-business maintenance and agent changes
Provide backup support to Sales Associate - Onboarding and related tasks as needed
Assist with e-application software questions and training
Maintain accurate data entry and documentation within FIG systems
Learn and effectively use FIG platforms, tools, and processes
Assist the institutional sales team and FIG with other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Comfort with data entry, systems, and learning new software platforms
Preferred
Eager to learn, open-minded, and receptive to coaching and feedback
Hardworking, dependable, and willing to take initiative
Self-starter who asks questions and seeks to understand the 'why'
Strong multitasker who can manage details while keeping priorities organized
