Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Salesforce platform administration, implementation, and customization
Proficiency in project management, including leading cross-functional teams and managing timelines
Experience in stakeholder communication, risk management, and program status reporting
Analytical skills for understanding business requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions
Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience with Salesforce tools such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is a plus
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field; Salesforce certifications are highly desirable
Relevant previous experience in Salesforce program or project management roles
