They are seeking a highly skilled temporary Project/Program Manager to support their AMER Summit season, managing content and speaker interfaces for multiple events. The role requires extensive Airtable management and event coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Support AMER Summit season, covering 7 events across the United States, Canada, and Latin America

Manage comprehensive Airtable management of 7 content bases and speaker ready room interfaces

Manage approximately 1,200+ session and 3,000+ speaker airtables records

Design and build complex Airtable bases that optimize content workflow and organization

Develop automated processes, create custom views, forms, and interfaces to enhance user experience and productivity

Conduct UATs to ensure accuracy

Archive event data in Airtable and remove any PII T+2 weeks in each Summit base

Develop and replicate the Airtable content management template for 2026/2027

Maintain documentation and handle attendance and session survey data cleanup

Required

Extensive experience in troubleshooting, writing, and building automations, scripts, forms, and interfaces in Airtable

Extensive experience with Airtable

Strong background in event management

Exceptional data management and organizational skills
