Akkodis is seeking an Engagement Manager for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. You will lead and manage large-scale client engagements, ensuring successful delivery and strong stakeholder relationships across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Manage large-scale client engagements in telecom or technology domains, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and handling escalations effectively
Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep engagements on track
Prepare and present status reports, proposals, and performance metrics to stakeholders regularly
Drive continuous improvement by leveraging CRM tools and project management methodologies for efficient engagement execution

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools; PMP certification preferred
