Responsibilities
Managing inventory levels and forecasting purchasing needs based on usage, lead times, and sales activity
Executing purchasing activities and coordinating with suppliers
Processing sales orders and maintaining accurate records
Requesting competitive freight and shipping quotes by clearly defining cargo specifications, delivery requirements, and timelines
Booking freight shipments and coordinating domestic and international logistics
Communicating with freight carriers and vendors to ensure accurate pricing and on-time delivery
Answering phones and responding to customer and internal emails
Providing general administrative and logistics coordination as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to plan ahead, track details, and maintain accurate documentation
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Comfort working independently within established processes
Preferred
Prior experience in administration, logistics, purchasing, inventory, or customer service
