Responsibilities
Manage production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and follow up on problems
Monitor production environments and proactively identify issues
Troubleshoot and resolve job failures, data feeds, and application issues
Support application releases, upgrades, and deployments
Own issues end-to-end, track progress, and escalate when needed
Maintain documentation and knowledge base for processes and known issues
Participate in production support rotation, including weekend or after-hours support for critical releases and DR activities
Work closely with Development, Infrastructure, and Platform teams
Qualification
Required
Production Support
Oracle/SQL
Unix/Windows
5 years in application development or production support
Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, UNIX/Windows
Hands-on with Autosys, MQ, MuleSoft
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve production outages under SLA
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
