Supply Chain Coordinator

Achievers USA is a leading provider of industrial motor repair and engineering solutions. They are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to assist with technical and administrative support, coordinate service trips, and manage inventory activities to ensure smooth production operations.

Responsibilities

Assist managers, supervisors, and technicians with technical and administrative support
Coordinate with the sales team to plan and schedule technicians for service trips and parts-related jobs
Support purchasing activities, inventory tracking, and material availability
Assist the Vice President and Finance Manager with inventory management and ordering
Evaluate raw materials and equipment to ensure readiness for production
Support daily production activities, including:
Distributing production schedules
Coordinating between departments
Reviewing staffing tables
Ensuring adequate material availability
Track, gather, and record production and inventory data
Communicate with vendors, customers, management, and technical experts to resolve issues efficiently
Coordinate shipping and receiving activities and expedite materials as needed
Assist with assembly of new equipment and coordination of repairs when required
Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs
Maintain a clean and safe production area in accordance with safety standards
Report production status and issues to management
Perform additional duties as assigned by company leadership

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
This position requires you to be physically fit and able to lift 30–50 lbs

Preferred

2–4 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, production coordination, purchasing, or manufacturing operations preferred
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or repair environments is a strong plus
Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, finance, sales, and technical teams
