Responsibilities
Participate in tender project management and maintenance costing & quotation
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, solutioning team, project management, to gather necessary information for proposal development
Ensure proposal fulfil the tender scope and align with customer requirement
Analyse programme risks and develop the necessary risk mitigation plans
Manage customers' requirements and expectations
Responsible to manage the planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and completion of programmes
Ensure that the programmes being managed are aligned with the company's policies, commitments, and goals
Develop, coordinate, and communicate the programme management plan
Develop and manage the programme budget
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the engineering industry
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Project is an added advantage
