Responsibilities
Provide engineering solution & support to business division on Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul activities
Render support, service to perform failure analysis, troubleshooting and re-engineering of product and systems, that would include design, prototyping and testing of products
Create product and project documentation, and to convey effective instructions to technicians or user
Work closely with other electrical / mechanical engineers on design or development matters
Support initiatives to apply technical or innovative solutions to better work process
Qualification
Required
Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering with at least 5 years of working experience automotive or aerospace maintenance related industry
Possess basic understanding of hydraulic/mechanical systems for vehicle platforms
Ability to read and understand technical / electrical drawings
Equipped with Solidworks Software skills for 3D Modelling and Drafting
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to present ideas, approach, and objectives clearly
Occasional local travelling may be expected
Preferred
Candidates awarded with Solidworks CSWA/CSWP a plus
Possess knowledge in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) an advantage
Possess Class 3 driving licence an advantage
