Responsibilities

Learn about our standard processes and our test equipment
Gain insight into electrical equipment and what it takes to keep it running
Troubleshoot equipment that is not working properly
Develop new processes and commission new equipment
Work with project managers, engineers, and manufacturing experts to learn about the entire lifecycle of a project through shadowing and the assignment of relevant tasks to build up your practical knowledge
Interface with different areas of the business and learn about how collaboration drives success

Required

Education / Majors: a BA/BS from an accredited college or university and majoring in Engineering with strong technical or analytical aptitude
Availability: 40 hours per week
Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
Demonstrated leadership potential
Strong analytical, writing, presentation, and critical-thinking skills
Industry knowledge and/or interest

Preferred

Prior internship or co-op experience with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0
