The internship provides college students with practical experience in Grant Management & Accounting, including tasks such as reconciling capital asset data and assisting with financial reports.

Responsibilities

Reconcile capital asset data between three databases and review project asset associations

Reconcile capital projects that are in the process to be closed

Reconcile discrepancies related to capital project budgets

Assist with monthly grantor receivable reconciliations

Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Must be a college sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student

Must have an academic background related to Grant Management or Accounting

Ability to reconcile data between multiple databases

Ability to review project asset associations

Ability to reconcile discrepancies related to capital project budgets

Ability to assist with monthly grantor receivable reconciliations

Ability to assist with other duties as assigned
