The Associate, Clinical Operations & Program Management will help advance this mission by driving operational execution on Priovant’s late-stage clinical trials, ensuring that the most important projects at the company are accomplished successfully.

Responsibilities

Support the timely execution of Priovant’s clinical development goals by managing project plans, key deliverables, project tasks, and workstreams

Organize and support development team meetings to enable timely decision making, understanding of program progress, and tracking of emerging issues; distribute agendas and resolve follow-up action items

Develop and maintain weekly project reporting dashboards and other materials tracking program progress

Collaborate with Clinical, Nonclinical, Regulatory, and CMC function teams to support action item identification and completion

Help manage alliances with external partners

Manage vendor relationships and track study vendor deliverables, including milestone completion and quality

Support the monitoring of key study metrics around site start up, enrollment, and data quality

Drive project management for other key workstreams (e.g., managing patient placebo response)
