Required

Experience in expediting and logistics management to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget

Proficiency in conducting quality inspections and ensuring compliance with construction and engineering standards

Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Understanding of construction processes and knowledge of local building regulations

Preferred

Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus

Previous experience in residential construction, construction management, engineering, architecture, design-build, or a related field is strongly preferred

Bachelor's Degree is desirable
