The Senior Manager of Outreach and Adoption will support the Enterprise Finance organization by creating compelling content and managing communication strategies to enhance decision-making among various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Create clear, compelling and visually strong communication products, including leadership messaging, presentations, email updates, talking points, FAQs, online content and video scripts

Manage communication objectives, timelines, deliverables and quality for major finance initiatives (e.g., corporate finance planning and value management and finance optimization), partnering with the appropriate Enterprise Finance functional lead and marshalling resources as needed through collaborative partnerships across the team and in the broader finance environment

Partner with visual and multimedia team to select the appropriate communication channel and visuals to achieve the desired communication objectives, capture attention and enhance retention of messaging/calls-to-action

Positively contribute to a high-performing team environment through intellectual curiosity, engagement, shared problem solving and accountability

Required

Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience

Willingness to travel up to 10% (including plane)

Preferred

Previous finance communications experience in publicly traded company

Change management principles

Previous experience developing narratives and outreach as part of large-scale change/transformation efforts

Healthcare, PBM, insurance industry helpful but not required
