Responsibilities
Translate business and brokerage priorities into clear marketing strategies and plans
Define brand positioning across property marketing, firm communications, and digital channels
Prioritize initiatives based on impact, urgency, and resources
Own end-to-end delivery of marketing initiatives
Produce and oversee high-quality marketing assets including offering memorandums, brochures, tour books, and presentations
Execute layout and design using Adobe InDesign
Plan and deploy email marketing and social media campaigns
Manage website updates and content publishing
Review and approve all market-facing materials
Improve workflows, templates, and production processes
Apply feedback and performance insights to improve quality and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Five or more years of marketing, communications, or brand experience
Proven success in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong strategic thinking paired with execution discipline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of ownership and attention to detail
Adobe InDesign (required)
Adobe Creative Suite (required)
