Account Executive
Medica is a nonprofit health plan serving over a million members across several states. The Account Executive will manage client relationships, oversee retention and renewals, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience and drive revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end renewal process for assigned Commercial accounts. Develop strategies to maximize retention and minimize churn, ensuring timely and smooth contract renewals
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Build strong, long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify client needs and provide strategic recommendations
Work closely with Account Managers and the Commercial Center of Excellence to enhance the client experience. Provide insights on pricing, product, and service improvements. Contribute to internal strategies that improve retention and revenue outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
3 years of work experience beyond degree
Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably in a commercial or B2B environment
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence internal stakeholders
Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making
